SES recently completed a project on behalf of MV Kelly Civil Engineering, on a Taylor Wimpey new build development in Hertfordshire. Gas, Water & Electric mains are more often than not installed during the initial phase of infrastructure works, and prior to properties being erected. As a result, these services need to be exposed, so as connections to the newly built properties can be made. Utilising a high pressure lance and up to 40,000 pa of air pressure – we safely removed the surrounding soil and backfill – providing a fast and precise truly no dig solution.
